All Litho class

Litho Training

1. For new users that do not have any background knowledge, it is recommended to review the edX tutorial,  Cleanroom Basics + litho.
2. Please send an email  to all-litho-training@lists.stanford.edu to sign up for the All Litho class.
   • What tools & processes needed with respect to litho
   • For new users new to cleanroom processing. Review microscopes, wafer cleaving, wafer handling, cassettes during 30 minutes hands on training with staff.
   • SNF Cleanroom and Exfab - YES oven (video), litho solvent bench (video)

The training time charged for "All Litho" is two hours and will appear as "SNF general" in the training charge description.
